This limited-slip style collar is designed to be escape-proof (once it’s correctly adjusted, of course) and safe for your dog’s neck. It slips on, so no need to worry about a buckle coming undone.

The 5/8" wide polyester webbing is soft and easy on your dog’s coat. This is our slimmest limited slip collar. It's a great option for smaller dogs who need a lower-profile option to a traditional martingale collar.

It is a great option for training – the collar tightens when leash pressure is applied and loosens automatically when the pressure is released. This helps prevent escapes and provides gentle feedback to your dog.

How to use a Limited-Slip Collar
Simply slip the main loop of the collar over your dog’s head and adjust the collar using the slide until you can comfortably fit a few fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck.

The limited-slip design tightens when your dog pulls so they cannot slip out of the collar. When the tension is released, the collar loosens automatically. The limited slip design is a safer option for dogs that slip out of standard collars. The two-inch-wide webbing is great for dogs with long, slender necks.

How to measure for a slip-on Collar
For Sighthounds: Measure around your dog’s neck where you’d like the collar to sit. Sighthounds’ heads are typically smaller than their necks so this will allow the collar to fit without being too loose.

For all other breeds: Measure around your dog’s head at the widest point. This is usually around the ears or slightly in front of the ears. This will ensure that the slip-on collar is large enough to fit over your dog’s head.
